The luxurious apartment has about 70 square meters and has on the lower floor a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and access to the balcony, a spacious dining area and views of the sea and the countryside. Bathroom with shower and toilet, bedroom with a comfortable double bed. In the studio on the top floor there is a living / sleeping area with views of the North Sea by the panoramic roof window and access to the roof terrace with views of the lighthouse and the dunes. Fi, a TV and radio / docking station to see available. Bed linen and towels are included and will be changed for longer stays. There are washing machines and dryers available for a fee (coins) in the basement
Gateway to the Sea is a new construction project with a total of 26 residential units. All apartments have either a terrace, balcony or terrace, high-quality furnishings, underfloor heating and controlled ventilation. Several apartments are available as a holiday apartment for rent to guests. On a neighboring property is currently a construction site. The area is prepared for the installation of residential buildings in modular construction. Therefore, it may cause annoyance by the noise of construction equipment.
