We were on a trip from Texas to Canada and reserved the room while driving. The hotel was very easy to find. The gentleman at the reception was very friendly and recommended a close by restaurant. The room was clean, quiet and we had a great restful sleep.

Everything was great except....shower water pressure was beyond awful. I understand the concept of saving water but my shower had to be twice as long as normal (just to rinse off) thus...wasting more water. People look forward to a nice refreshing shower when traveling but this is not it.

Not so great.

Check in went good although front desk didn’t know how to book with a gift card. Once we arrived in our room, it was really big and perfect for our family. However, when we were about to settle in after a 10hr drive day, we noticed the beds were filthy and full of hair. I went to the front desk and he sent cleaners to reclean our room while we stood in the room for over an hr waiting. Once it was reclined we were super satisfied with the overall room. We did notice the elevator stopped working as well during our stay, but it got fixed. They discounted me 50$ for the inconvenience which was ok.
