This hotel was recently renovated and fairly clean but the shower was pink in several places and we asked for it to be cleaned and they did but should have been clean befor we arived. The shower head is a has very minimal water flow which for me is terrible. The brand new mattress still have the manufacturer plastic on them so that is all you hear all night long and makes you very uncomfortable as it holds moisture. Both bes were the same. I have worked in hotels for 19 years, i can tell you this isn’t normal and should be removedas they had mattress encasments as well which is good but not the plastic. I wont be going back.

Roor was great plenty of hot water and ac was good.only problem is no safty bars in shower.breakfast could provide some freah fruit. Would stay here again because staff was very friendly and helpful.

Disappointed in the breakfast. Our room did not get cleaned or towel change. Front desk clerk not very friendly. Could hear noise from close rooms and outside door. We were in a handicap accessible which we did not request but thought that was only option. No towel bars at all. No water pressure at all. Water ran all over floor from shower.

The hotel takes your deposit, then charges you full price at check in, then it will refund the whole amount after the trip, a day later it will take the full amount (you've already paid out of your account).. just shady. Still haven't gotten my deposit back. Hotels.com has been no help other than acknowledging that the hotel is doing this.

The area around the sink was dirty. The safety bar on the door was missing. The peep hole to see who was at the door was plugged with tissue paper… check in and check out was easy and the staff at the desk were lovely.
