It therefore offers guests of all ages the perfect vacation home.

A bright, friendly and exclusive holiday apartment (approx. 57 sqm) with many extras awaits you. The glass front and the large balcony (approx. 18 pm) offer a great view of the Baltic Sea!

The apartment has a living room with kitchen, a separate bedroom and a shower room with walk-in shower.
There are two flat-screen TVs (living room 3D) as well as a hi-fi system, playstation with games, a blu ray player and high-speed internet connection with WiFi! The dining table offers enough space for 4 people.

The sofa in the living room can easily be converted into a bed (1. 60 - 2. 00 m lying area).

The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-ring ceramic hob, an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, two coffee machines (filter machine, capsule machine), kettle, toaster, etc.

In our apartment we offer you the option of self-catering.
There are also numerous restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

The promenade on the Steinwarder offers you a lot of possibilities
Leisure activities such as B. the pier, the skating rink, playgrounds for children,
Shops, restaurants and bars. A swimming pool with various wellness and spa offers is available in the "Aktiv Hus", which is only approx. 500 m away. There is also a large children's indoor play park, the "Treasure Island".

A private parking space is available free of charge directly at the house (sea no. 3). There is also a building where you can park your bicycles free of charge.

Please plan your arrival between 3 p.m. and 10 p.m. Departure should be before 11:00 a.m., as the apartment is cleaned for the arriving guests.
