Room and stay were great. What was hugely disappointing was the sheer rudeness of the shuttle driver getting me to the airport after checkout. I was on the phone to my parents dealing with a medical emergency and this guy is haranguing me in German, refusing to speak English, to stop talking on the phone. Absolutely unacceptable in this day and age. And while this may be a subcontractor to you, Hilton, it is procured via you so you as a business are responsible. Shocking and abhorrent.

Staff was very helpful. They were friendly & knowledgeable. Room was clean. I liked the soaps & shampoo on the walls. One comment, breakfast was not included & was very expensive, especially since seniors do not eat that much to warrant the cost.

Absolutely nothing to complain about. Rooms very modern, very clean, good shower. Breakfast - great choice/ good quality. Couldn’t be more central but soundproofing is excellent. Great choice!
