Property shows some wear. The bathroom lights were not very bright, but the room was clean, the staff were friendly. Ran out of bread for toast at the breakfast well before 9, and did not replenish. Limited options at breakfast for gluten sensitive people, but thats the case pretty much eveywhere.

Staff were able to move me to a different room at the last minute due to unforeseen challenges on my part, so this was most appreciated. Room was clean. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Fridge made some odd random noise that was disturbing. Air unit was also more loud that necessary. Overall the place just needs work, you can see where it needs to be painted and drywall needs repair. Pancake machine was also broken but fortunately they had enough other choices for breakfast.

Our stay was comfortable and the room was clean. There were some obvious updates needed but that is understandable. We saw only 3 employees and they were very accommodating. We would certainly recommend this location to anyone staying in Heber Springs Arkansas!
