We were fly fishing on The Little Red. Very convenient. Easy to get to town for dinner. Close to Sugarloaf Mountain and Bridle Veil Falls hikes.

The shelf under the sink where they placed the clean towels was covered with dust. The TV volume was so low we couldn’t hear even on full volume. WI-FI was so lame we couldn’t open email.

i’ve had better

We were disappointed that on the 1st day of our stay, no one cleaned our room, make the bed or even bother to give us fresh towels. I had to go to the desk to request more towels & request that the room be cleaned. During the remaining stay, “cleaning” consisted of: the bed was made ( but sheets not changed) trash was emptied & we got clean towels. Not the Holiday Inn experience I remember from previous stays.

This was a beautiful hotel! Clean, quiet, friendly staff, and great breakfast! We have 2 small ones and it was extremely accommodating to them, as well as good breakfast for them! The beds were comfortable as well and clean! Would stay again!

1 night Heber Springs stay

1 night stay at Heber Springs. Room was very nice. Beds very comfy. Size nice for a family of 4. Bathroom large and lots of counter space. Nice sitting area in room as well. Pool was great, on the smaller size but perfect to relax by.
