The space
The Ultimate Heber Valley Retreat Nestled between the peaks of the Wasatch Range and the shores of two pristine lakes, this 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath modern home is designed for those who want the adventure of a mountain resort with the comforts of a private sanctuary. Whether you’re here for the "Greatest Snow on Earth" or a summer lake escape, this is your high-end basecamp.

Spanning 2,400 sq. ft. of thoughtfully designed living space, our home ensures every guest has room to breathe.

Sleeping: 4 spacious bedrooms, each equipped with its own Smart TV means no more fighting over the remote.

The Aprés-Ski Oasis: Step out back to our oversized saltwater hot tub. Unlike traditional chlorine tubs, the saltwater system is gentle on your skin and eyes, providing a silky, spa-like soak after a day on the slopes.

Chef’s Corner: A fully stocked kitchen plus a backyard setup that would make a pitmaster jealous. We feature both a high-end grill and a smoker for those slow-cooked mountain dinners.

Gametime: In the garage find our game room stocked with a Retro Arcade Cabinet and collection of board games.

Movie Time: Hang out in either of living rooms each featuring big screen smart TVs and enjoy the stocked snack bar with mini and wine fridges available to chill your local brews and vintages.

Walkable: Leave the car in the driveway! We are one of the few Heber listings truly walkable to local favorites with a large shopping center featuring groceries, shopping and dining options directly adjacent to the neighborhood.

Nearby Resorts: You are 15 minutes from the brand-new Deer Valley East Village entrance (avoiding Park City traffic!) and a short drive to Sundance or Park City Mountain. When you get back from the slopes, take advantage of our boot dryers and ski hangers in the garage and warm-up by the fireplace or in the hot-tub.

The Lakes: Perfectly positioned between Jordanelle and Deer Creek Reservoirs for boating, paddleboarding, and fishing

You have full, private access to the entire 2,400 sq. ft. home and the backyard.

Main House: All 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas are yours to enjoy.

The Garage: You have full access to the garage-turned-game-room featuring the arcade cabinet, board game collection, and boot dryers and ski hangers.

Outdoor Space: Enjoy the private backyard, saltwater hot tub, grill, and smoker.

Parking: You may park up to 3 vehicles in the private driveway. During winter months, please ensure all vehicles are parked in the driveway to allow for city snow removal.

Note: A few small owner’s closets and one locked cabinet in the garage are kept off-limits for personal storage.

Exterior Surveillance Disclosure: For the safety of our guests and property, we have two external cameras:

A video doorbell at the front entrance.

A floodlight camera in the backyard.

Important Note on Backyard Privacy: The backyard floodlight camera provides a wide-angle view of the entire outdoor space, which includes the saltwater hot tub and grill area. This is for liability and safety monitoring only. The camera is active and records video/audio upon motion detection. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private interior spaces.
