It was a pleasant stay. The pillows were very hard to sleep on but the bed was very comfortable! The room was clean & it was quiet. Everything worked. The morning clerk was very pleasant.

Although the property is listed as non-smoking, the exterior smelled strongly of cigarette and marijuana smoke. The lobby reeked of marijuana smoke. The room, thankfully, did not smell of smoking, but did not have a fresh, clean scent either. The room cleanliness was ok- the bed sheets were freshly laundered, but the floor was dirty. My feet got dirty walking on the floor and I had to keep my shoes on to keep my feet clean. The hotel was extremely noisy between 9pm and about 11 pm. Kids were literally running around upstairs at 10 at night, and the newly arriving guests were noisy. The key card for my door kept not working. At about midnight everyone was quiet and I could finally sleep. The property is in need of repair- you could see areas that were closed off that looked basically like abandoned buildings. The employees were friendly and check in and check out was smooth. I would not recommend this hotel.

The building definitely had been recently renovated. The rooms was very nice, the flooring looked good (though a suggestions of felt pads on the feet of the chairs, moving the chairs caused alot of noise), i liked the coffee machine available all the time (nice options for coffee/expresso/decaf/etc). The only flaw, was the water - while the pressure was fabulous and the bathroon clean and modern, the water had a bit of a smell to it. Overall it was a nice place to stay, a very good price, loved it was just off the interstate and wonderful close to great gas stations, and there were close to some nice quick places to eat.

While I was taking a nap,the phone rang and when I called back they accused me of making too much noise, allegedly, instead of the staff checking before calling and disturbing me,they had already ruined my sleep,very upsetting. And they had envelopes in my room I guess for a tip, ut a tip for what,noone helped me to carry my bags,or brung me coffee,and I had to call for blanket anf sheets for the sofa bed,so if stop asking for tips just for doing your job,you already get paid,but if someone wpuld have helped to carry my bags,with pleasure i would've tipped.At the end I didn't even get an apology for being accused of the noise i did not make.
