Comfortable stay. There is free shuttle service from ugata station, you need to book it with the hotel via phone. There is a big hall for breakfast with plenty of choices for Japanese n Western menu.

Decent peaceful vacation spot

I really enjoyed this hotel as we booked Japanese style room. The only biggest complaints are the facts that there are only three elevators that we needed to wait for traffic congestion and very limited restaurant options. Other wise, we had decent stay.

4月2日に利用しました。 オールインクルーシブで施設も整っており、スタッフも丁寧で満足です。 マイナス点は、客室は相当あるのにエレベーター3基では少なく、移動時にストレスでした、お風呂は露天風呂ありますが、開放感がなく残念な感じです。 総じて満足ですし、まだ伸び代があると感じました。

施設内部は全体的に綺麗な印象を持ち、部屋／価格と照らして満足であった。 唯一気になる点は、朝食ビュッフェなど宿泊客の利用時間帯をある程度設定する／考慮するなど、少し改善点が必要であると感じた。 ３月下旬の宿泊であり、最繁忙期とは異なっていたが、それでも時間帯の集中が発生し、席や料理の確保が難しくなっていた。大人数の家族での利用はより厳しいと思う。 会場／該当期間の宿泊利用人数等を考慮して、時間帯の調整は柔軟に対応した方が良いと感じた。
