The bathroom needs some work, there is mold on the tiles and should be cleaned better. Also there were tiles almost to fall on the side of the shower. The fridge was not cold to keep frozen foods on the top shelf. Everything else was okay.

This was the final straw for me. I will not stay here again. The staff were disturbing. The breakfast server was rude and lacked any willingness to help with any issue, e.g. broken coffee maker. The front desk clerk was not professional looking or acting at all. The rooms are run down and filthy. I did not want to walk on the carpet without shoes on and really didnt want to use the bathroom facilities. Yep, I'm done with this place....

Room looked ok at first but there were dead bugs in the bathroom which I get but there was so much hair in the tub and on the floor and toothpaste spit all over the mirror. Pretty sure there was a dried puddle of blood in front of the door, my dog was definitely interested in that, could hear every noise coming from outside, with 3 locks on the door, still didn't feel secure. Y'all charging way too much for an old dirty room.

Room was clean and in working order. No cups available in the room. TV remote did not work. I took it to the desk to get new batteries. Staff person said "I'll fix it" and didn't have any luck. TV would power on with button but no volume control. Breakfast was lackluster, juice machine broken, no drink option for children. I expected a budget stay but a working TV remote and drink amenities would have been much appreciated.

The room was ok except the floors were dirty. We stayed in a pet friendly room by the outdoor pet area. There’s a dumpster over there covered in rats. None were in the room, but still unsettling when taking our dogs outside.

Being it's a motel and not a hotel, having such a large gap under the door to the outside definitely let outside air come in. The bathroom was small and the shower faucet was falling apart. The road noise was very loud coming into the room. The continental breakfast was atrocious and scary. Ended up going to a gas station to get coffee and something small to eat.

Comfortable but Lacking

The room was old and in poor to average condition. The breakfast was missing juice (machine appeared broken) and fruit. Fellow guests were rude talking on the balcony outside my room in the 1am-3am timeframe. My room was not cleaned or towels changed out in the 3 days of my stay.
