This small motel is a gem! It's out off the main road so it's nice and quiet. It's not anything special but it's well-maintained and the rooms are very clean. We picked this place because we went to Triple Play and didn't want to pay the high prices of the other local places. You can't find anything less expensive for this quality. There's a drive-thru coffee stand practically next door. My only (very small) complaint is the lack of an available ice machine after office hours.

The previous reviews gave us hope that this property had what we were looking for, and the price made it even more enticing, so we booked a two night stay. Upon arrival, the hotel room smelled like smoke, and wasn't super warm and inviting. After showering, the floor mat was very dirty from the shower/bathroom floor. It made us uncomfortable enough to run to Target and purchase new sheets and a blanket, just to make sure we were reasurred the bed was clean for a peaceful nights sleep. The next day we asked housekeeping to re-clean the shower/bathroom floor which they gladly did. The staff was great at noticing we had 4 people in a double room on our reservation, so they left two extra towels without us needing to ask. Also a bonus was the large refrigerator and little kitchen table. The parkinglot was full of pot holes, and the landscaping full of weeds. However, the interior of the room was simple and charming. It was adequate for our needs, but it is a mystery why this hotel has received such high remarks.
