As previous guests have already mentioned the outside of the property needs tidying up, and carpet stains removed. Inside the modern freshly tilted bathroom was very clean and good quality towels were supplied.

Some poorly cleaned areas, toilet new but leaking, smelt of cigarettes. Rubbish under the bed. Otherwise average. Bed nice, comfy. Quiet enough. Told them about the toilet so hopefully that gets fixed soon

The exterior and grounds need a tidy up but the inside of rooms are clean and tidy, looks like new bathroom fittings and great shower too, parking is excellent and plenty of space, reasonably priced

Even though the rooms have recently been decorated, there was an infestation of ants. Also, the smoke detector had been removed to decorate but not replaced. NOTE : The location of the baseplate on the wall was inappropriate and would seriously delay detection.

Good place to stay!

Good place to stay on the edge of town. The room appears to have been refurbished very recently so everything was new. The room was equipped with a large TV and excellent air conditioning. All in all a good option if you need a motel in Hawera.

Needs to be updated

Motel is well located and is quiet. The units have good amenities they are in need of updating. We checked in at the kiosk that also has food to purchase. The attendant was very friendly but neglected to give us the wifi password. The area was closed early evening and we could not contact anyone for the password.
