Nice, comfortable room. The area it was in was really nice, but is not an easy walk into Colmar if that is what you intend. Plenty of parking if you are in a car though.

We booked this hotel because there was a restaurant attached. Unfortunately the restaurant was fully booked. So if you book for this reason be sure to book a table at the restaurant first. The invoice at the check out was not correct but I paid it anyway so we could leave. The lady at the desk was very unfriendly about it. The room was nice but incredibly hot because there was no airconditioning. So that was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was ok in a very nice room.

AltsÄ - tre stjerner lyder ikke af meget, men der var et par praktiske problemer. For det fÞrste: NÄr man kommer i 34 graders varme, og aircondition ikke fungerer, er det allerede en negativ oplevelse. For det andet: Vi har aldrig - og jeg gentager: aldrig - oplevet et mindre toilet. Tilmed skulle dÞren Äbnes indad, sÄ det var en logistisk Þvelse af de stÞrre at bruge toilettet. For det tredje: Vi havde to overnatninger og kunne pÄ den anden aften ikke komme til at spise pÄ hotellets restaurant. Der var ikke plads. Til den fÞrste aften havde vi bestilt bord, men vi blev ikke adviseret om, at det ogsÄ ville vÊre nÞdvendigt til den anden aften. Det var surt, da der ikke var andre Äbne restauranter i byen, sÄ vi mÄtte tage bilen og kÞre til nabobyen for at spise. Men ellers: Dejlig mad den fÞrste aften, og i det hele taget et imÞdekommende personale. Der er cirka 100 meter fra restauranten/baren til vÊrelserne, sÄ da vi den anden aften kom hjem efter at have spist ude og ville have en Þl og et glas vin, mÄtte vi bede personalet om at bringe drikkevarerne til terrasen ved vÊrelserne. Men det var heller ikke noget problem - blot lidt upraktisk for alle. IsÊr det stakkels personale. Morgenmadsbuffeten var fin, og udsigten fra vores vÊrelse over vinmarkerne var dejlig.

Avis mitigé

L hÎtel est situé au coeur d un beau jardin mais il est vieillissant, un coup de peinture ne suffit pas a cacher la vetuste du lieu. Le dejeu de a 14 euro avec des "produits locaux" est clairement une arnaque :pas de croissant, des pains precuits, par contre de bonnes confitures mais le prix est exagere !! De plus la dame du dejeune a ete tres antipathique. Le restaurant c'est une autre histoire : il vaut clairement le détour les mets y sont delicats et les saveurs extraordinaires! Bravo au cuistot !!
