I would have given this hotel an excellent overall if it were not for the noise during both nights we stayed. A street concert from Friday night lasted until 4 AM in the morning, and from Saturday to Sunday until 5 AM. Apparently there are a lot of free street concerts in Bulle. Nothing warned us of this ahead of time, but we did find free earplugs in the room, so the hotel seems to be well aware of the issue.

This is a great, clean, well priced hotel near the train, shops, and the city of Gruyeres. The staff are very kind and accommodating, even letting us check in early and providing discounts to local attractions! Would recommend!

Very nice property in the downtown Bulle

Great hotel in the heart of Bulle. Walkable to everything--train, bus, restaurants, shopping. Room was very clean and well-appointed. Refrigerator in the room. Staff was extremely helpful with navigating the area and with recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice upstairs studio. Great location near the railway station. Very friendly and helpful staff. We got the room a bit earlier than the actual check-in (by request) so we had plenty of extra time to visit Gruyéres and the Giger museum. Great stay on our interrail trip.

Our stay was amazing. The staff was very helpful and receptive to our needs and also gave us good advise on things to do nearby. The only caveat was that there’s no air conditioning and it got pretty hot and humid one night (and we couldn’t figure out how to open the window). Staff helped us next day. Would definitely come back here for the next stay.

Great hotel and location.

Once we finally were checked in, it was great! Loved the hotel and town. Self check in was a nightmare. Confirmation of reservation from the hotel was in French so I couldn’t read it. Reception closes early.
