The check-in staff were great, but the room was not clean at all. Not in a "something was overlooked" way, but in a "no one even attempted to clean this room in several weeks" way. Clearly, the toilet had not been cleaned since the last guest used it, if you know what I mean. Several things were broken. We would have left but were too tired to drive. We booked this location mainly for the breakfast advertised, but there was no breakfast.

We stopped for the night on our way to the beach. The next day after leaving, I began to get blister like bumps all over my hands and arms. they continued to spread for the next several days. It is clear I am covered in bed bug bites. I have never experienced this before and it is horrible. The carpets were so gross we did not take off our shoes.

Stay at your own risk, I mean if you really have to. It was only a one night stay, so we made it work. The sheet had burn holes, the ceiling was brown from water damage, the wall needs painting because it was peeling badly and the room smells like an old wet towel. Thank god I travel with Lysol and air freshener. The staff was friendly but expect anything for breakfast besides coffee.
