Could use some TLC

The first room we got smelled like old moldy beach/mop water. Gave me a headache so we asked to switch rooms and the front desk guy was super friendly and showed me two other rooms. First one again had that smell so the next one we moved to was no odor like that one. The bed was comfortable but needs renovation. Boards on windows and cracks around doors. The carts used by staff are completely unsanitary and saw a maid with a dirty mop. Towels and bed linens put on outside air conditioners while room is cleaned. Front desk gentleman and his wife were some of the nicest people.

There were people talking loud next door there were people arguing outside my door.. the floor was dirty it had a foul smell when you turn the air condition on the shower curtain was dingy.. but I did my own cleaning like I always do when I go to a hotel I do my own cleaning

Door wouldn't open with the key, even after maintenance"fixed it" All night long you couldn't sleep because of all the yelling and fighting& slamming doors around our room.. The pillows had hairs on them, no toilet paper.. One room had plywood covering a broken room window Worst hotel stay ever..

My room is “too far from the battery” so I have to talk to staff every single time I want to leave & re enter my room. Get a separate battery so I can use my d*mn keycard. & your cleaning staff sucks. There was hair all over the bathtub & bed sheets. No shampoo or conditioner only one bar of soap instead of 2.. which I need one for showering & one for when I use the sink. Oh& I can’t forget they put me under a staff member’s room who was blasting music at 4 f*cking am

We had to switch rooms because the heater wasn't working in the room given at first. The floors were very filthy in both rooms, unfortunately. The room reassigned to us was right out front of noisy birds in the bush right out front.
