The staff is great! However they made me pay an additional $15 fee that I was not expecting. Also there were two very loud guests who were arguing at midnight and no staff came out to made them stop.

It was near the airport and still very quiet. The bed was comfortable. The only negative is that the tv had channels but you needed subscriptions for them.

Keys didn’t work like 3 times. The girl working at the reception desk had to finally give guests a different type of key. The shuttle only goes hourly which is not the best. They have drink machines and they only take $1 bills so we couldn’t buy water because we had $5s. They also charged me an additional $15 as a fee.

Beds are very uncomfortable and blow dryer in the bathroom didn’t work. Location is near very busy streets so there’s constant noise. Overall terrible stay

This was for work and I had to fly in early for a trip 24 hrs later. Patricia at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating. I was so appreciative. Everyone was so nice including the shuttle drivers and all of the front desk staff.

No don’t rely on their airport shuttle!! They left us as the airport 2 hours after we called. Had to get a taxi to our car. Room was limited. No coffee pot. Had to request another room as the first one had definitely been smoked in
