The temperature was so cold and there was not a way to control it in the room. The rugs were dirty . We left at 5:30 and no breakfast services . The pull out couch was very uncomfortable. It did not feel that clean .

I checked in for a short, five hour rest late the other night after being diverted to Boston from New York City. The staff who check me in got me checked in very quickly, we’re very friendly and welcoming, and help me understand the timings for getting out the next day on the airport, shuttle early in the morning. My wake up call was on time, the bed was comfortable, and the shower got hot very quickly. I would absolutely stay here again.

Our family of 4 loved this hotel. It was nice, clean, and quiet at night. The free breakfast was really good. It had a pool for my kids to cool off after sightseeing. It was nice to be near the airport for our flight back. We were also happy to have a Mexican restaurant attached to the hotel, since traffic made it take a while to get to other restaurants. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we were in the area.

I wouldn't ordinarily leave a review but I think the quality of these rooms and the sheer number of rooms makes this an impressive hotel on the outside, but I had 3 issues over the last 9 hours, unfortunately: 1) Internet didn't work from (in the vicinity of) 8 AM (could have been earlier) thru 9:30 AM. They called Tech Support, worked on it, and fixed it, but this is a brutal time for the internet to be out when trying to take business calls. 2) I thought my room would have a desk, but it does not. Maybe that's on me, but not even a nominal desk (I'm working off of the top of the (clothes) bureau as my desk), I just thought I was receiving. 3) Breakfast is an absolute cattle call. I think the quality is "enough" (can't expect much more here), but everyone is on top of each other, and it is just noticeable.
