Luxuriously spacious, with outstanding facilities and stunning views, The White House is set in landscaped walled gardens, overlooking Hastings Old Town & the sea. It is within easy walking distance of Hastings old town, the beach and the 850-acre country park, designated an area of outstanding natural beauty.
The accommodation is spread across three floors. The house sleeps a maximum 8 people in 4 en-suite double bedrooms on the first floor, each with double bed, flat screen TV, hairdryer, two velvet cocktail chairs, ample clothes storage and luxurious linens and towels provided.
The main reception rooms are located on the ground floor and comprise a well stocked Kitchen (2 fridges, freezer, 8 hobs, 2 ovens, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and professional grill plus plentiful crockery, cutlery, etc), a dining room (seats 8 and the table can be used for table tennis with bats, net and balls provided) and large south facing kitchen-bar-sitting room with french doors leading to the garden. The bar's fridge is stocked with complimentary beers, wines and softs for your stay, whilst the lounge is equipped with 32" smart TV and DVD player as well as a CD player with docking.
On the lower ground floor, you'll find the eight-seater cinema (with over 100 films to choose from), a gym (with 2 exercise bikes, a multigym, punchbag and gloves), a laundry room (washing machine, irons, ironing boards), games store (selection of board games) and two additional WCs.

The house comes complete with a good stock of cleaning equipment (including black bin sacks and a hoover). The White House has a centralised serviced fire alarm system with detectors/sounders in every room.
