No 24h reception

Check-in was tricky because we came after 21:00 and the reception was closed. I called the hotel and they told me which was my room - the door was not locked and the key inside. Otherwise quite standard 3,5*

Good place, but temporarily not maintained?

Great place, but seems not maintained very well in corona times. Service at the reception was a bit...weird, and the receptionist could not recommend anything to see in Osby. Osby turned out to be pretty nice though.

Satisfied, good breakfast great service, restaurant had a great menu but never got a chance to try it. Clean Newly renovated rooms! Only thing I missed was an AC control unit in the room.

Frukosten var helt okej. Inte överdådigt, men det fanns det man förväntar sig. Fräsch. Rummet var litet, men fint och välstädat. Dock väldigt kallt när vi kom. Jag lyckades få upp värmen genom att vrida på elementet, men det tog ett par timmar innan det blev behagligt. Inne på toaletten saknades proppen i handfatet. Var rädd att jag skulle tappa och förlora nåt ner i underjorden...

Det var rent och fint. Personalen kunde le lite mer och säga hej när man mötte dem. Tjejen som jobbade när vi checkade ut hade ett glatt sätt. Hotellet behöver kolla koridoren där det luktar mögel. Vi kände av det i natt.

Located next to the railway station and in the center of the little town. I had the smaller room and it was still good size with a desk. The bathroom was on the small side but adequate, and the bathroom ventilation could have been better. The breakfast had high standard with many choices and hot items.
