Very nice Hotel, Great Staff. Frau Paul at the reception has Customer skills like I know from the top rated Hotels back Home. I can only recommend, we will definitely stay there again when in town.

Hartz mountains hideaway

A beautiful renovated castle in the Hartz mountains. I chose the hotel for it's location. The staff were very nice, the room was small however was clean, the restaurant dinner was excellent, a large buffet breakfast.

Great stay with great value

Love the old building shell with the new moderne inside. Was a great value compared to other hotels on our travels with a cheaper cost. Staff was accommodating making to go breakfasts for us as we had a early check out. Rooms spotless and comfortable. Food was good. All it needs is a pool. Good loacation for walking to old part of the town for dinner.

Good place to stay

Service was very friendly and helpful, parking was easy and plentiful, reception was straightforward and they gave us advice about places to visit that we might have otherwise missed. The hotel is very comfortable. The location is good, with easy drives to Quidlingburg and Wernigerode and through the Harz mountains.
