Large room but worn finishings. Mattress was hard and bathroom was miniscule - no room to move around. Room was very clean, as was bedding, towels, microwave, and mini-fridge.

Smelled really bad coming into lobby. Walked in, and was the only one there, a staff member from a distance said “be right there” Waited over 5 minutes for someone to come out, and there was 4 other people behind me waiting to check in. Facility smelled really musty and dirty. Door wouldn’t lock properly. Couldn’t reach chain lock. Felt unsafe. No phone in room. Wifi didn’t work, tv didn’t work.

Normally, I don't give reviews, but I feel it is necessary to share something about our stay. The room was old/outdated, which we were expecting. The main issue was the bathroom and one of the beds. The bathroom was small and old, but the main issue was that the toilet was not seated properly. It was loose when you sat down. And because it was not seated/sealed properly, it had a distinct smell that was similar to using an outhouse. The beds were old, but ok for comfort. However, the bedding on one had visible hair on the sheets as well as something else that was hard to identify. If we had paid under $80-90 for this room, I probably wouldn't be bothering to review. However, after tax, we paid just over $200. I'm willing to consider that the issues noted pertained only to our room (Room #1) and that other guests may have different experiences.

Served its purpose of a night on the road...manager was very nice..rooms are big and the beds were separated a bit on either side of the bathroom so that was nice for my son and I to each have a bit of privacy

I do not enjoy giving mediocre ratings, I'm generally very forgiving, but this place is not great. While we got a room like the photos, I think the picture was taken a long time ago. The carpet was dirty & stained, the a/c ran for 5 hours and never gave cool air, the fridge freezer didn't freeze, the windows were extremely dirty, the bathroom smelled, the tv wouldnt turn on & the coffee maker leaked. The room smelled like pot (but I can't blame the motel for that). Yes, the price was ok, but I've stayed in way better rooms for quite a bit less money. The bath towels were clean & plentiful. The bed & linens were great, too. But if they can't stop the bedskirt from being lopsided & dragging on the floor, then just take them away, it looked so sloppy. The carpet, I would not walk on in my bare feet. So if you need to stay here, be aware, but if you can go elsewhere, I suggest you do. 3stars is the brst I could give.
