Re: windsor locks, ct, so center st: amenities as listed through Expedia is too generalized and apparently the hotel does not have or take the opportunity to be more specific to their site. Room ok but tired looking; no in-room coffee; no restaurant adjacent to hotel; staff suggested one within view and one could walk to(I had a cane) but clearly I could see no lights inside or vehicle activity in the parking lot . They could see that as well as I. Staff was polite but not helpful. I pre-paid for my intended stay but checked out several days early. I now learn that all transactions such as refund for days not stayed goes through Expedia and that I have to contact them. I'll figure it out once I'm back home but I do know I'll not do business through Expedia in the future. FYI: experience some issues with plane reservations again due to Expedia not familiar with current information.

Everything was great! My last night there they seemed to have turned the heater off as I could not access it nor did it have power to turn on. This was particularly bad because it was raining, making the room extremely cold. Other than this small mishap everything was really great. Overall good hotel!

The hotel was pretty decent for the price. The room was okay. The curtains, walls and ceiling was a little dirty; looked like someone had an accident and it wasn’t cleaned up properly. The remote was missing the back. Breakfast was limited. Overall it wasn’t a bad stay.

Check in and check out was easy. The rooms were very clean, the bathroom could use a vent to pull the steam to avoid mold in the future. The area I was in was quiet. The area around outside was clean. The breakfast was not a good variety. There was orange juice, coffee, only 1 type of creamer, 1 waffles maker, plain bagels only no other variety, some cereal, yogurt and apples. The food was not warm and the coffee was also cold. I rate the stay 4/5

Staff was so nice but the lobby is the only other nice thing about this place. The price is wayyyyyyy too high like the room wasn’t terrible terrible but it was not nice lol very rundown and dirty and my air conditioner leaked OD Amountd of water on the ground. More like motel 6 quality tbh I’d pay max 80$ a night for that ROOM. Pool and lobby very nice

Laundry facilities were Convenient but dirty. Room was clean but in disrepair. Accessible shower got the bathroom wet and unsafe and there was no hand held nozzle. Mattress was good and firm though!
