Système de chauffage défectueux

Le système de chauffage était défectueux. Il était fermé quand nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre alors il faisait très froid. Nous l’avons parti mais le thermostat ne fonctionnait pas alors à 3:00 am nous nous sommes réveillés car il faisait vraiment très chaud. Nous avons dû ouvrir la porte et le refermer alors au matin il faisait à nouveau très froid. En plus du bruit des avions nous n’avons ps très bien dormi!

My flight was delayed i. I called and told them I wouldn’t make it and they charged me and refused to cancel my reservation with them! The lady that I talked to was extremely rude to me on the phone.
