Marriott Hotels & Resorts - accommodation in Hartford

1) Great location. 2) Great views. 3) Good breakfast with hot options. 4) Reliable WiFi but it requires logging in every 24H, which means it can drop out in the middle of doing something. 5) The printer in the business center did not work (no toner). 6) They often lock the front door to the hotel, which is really annoying and stupid. 7) One front-desk guy is really argumentative and annoying. 8) No housekeeping unless you ask for it before noon. 9) Electronic room keys often do not work and need to be replaced at the front desk, which is annoying.

Beds are so high it would be nice if a small still was provided for us older guests who can’t get up onto the mattress!! And regular coffee available would have been nice in the morning - my room only had decaf

Check in took forever at 3am even though we reached out at 7pm to pre-key and inform of late check in, maintenance was poor, yellow stains, rotten wood, smelled like sewage and must. Awful.
