Staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Our room was pretty clean aside from under some furniture. Definitely could have used more attention with vacuuming but was pleasantly surprised. We've traveled around a lot this year and this was definitely the cleanest and most comfortable place we've stayed.

Friendly staff, nice room, plenty of free parking. The only disappointment was the breakfast. We have stayed in a lot of Hampton Inns over the years and the breakfast has always been good. This time the offerings were limited and a bit tasteless. Would stay again though if we were in the area.

Direct TV was not working. Let the service desk know as I was heading out late Friday afternoon. Gave permission for someone to enter my room when gone. Returned back early evening. Could not access any channels again. Called the desk, they said they will send someone again. No one showed up and I was not going to keep calling about this issue. I don't believe anyone came to check on the issue the first time I let them know.
