This location was bad from the front door to the end. First off I made a reservation I get to front desk to check in and was getting grilled as to how many people in the room? Pets? Business or pleasure? What company do I work for? Will I be cooking? I’ve stayed at many long stays around the country and never had so many questions. The girl behind the desk was banging on the keyboard a couple of dozen times. Kept asking me to swipe my card multiple times cause she kept answering the system wrong. There are no cooking materials, plates, glasses or anything in the room. Every long stay has always had kitchen materials in them. The furniture was very old. At least 20-30 years old and worn. Not a good place.

The hotel is very basic and not upscale. It may be acceptable for a one-night stay or a short work trip. Overall, the quality is low, with poor lighting and minimal amenities. Breakfast is extremely limited, consisting only of coffee and small muffins. Supplies such as toilet paper and towels are also very limited. I will never go again ..

My stay was not ideal due to inconsistent communication and lack of professionalism from staff. While I was out in the morning taking my daughter to school, someone entered my room without my presence. I was later told by housekeeping that maintenance entered because they smelled candles. When I reported this to the front desk, I was then told it was because it was 11:00 a.m. checkout time. This explanation did not align with what I was previously told, especially since I requested a late checkout at approximately 9:00 a.m. and was informed that the employee on duty could not approve late checkouts and that I would need to speak with someone coming in later. Despite this, my room was entered anyway. Nothing was missing, but the lack of clear communication, conflicting explanations, and failure to properly handle a late checkout request made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected as a guest. This situation could have been avoided with better coordination and customer service.
