No bar or hand soap. No luggage rack. Glass window in room had large crack. Hallway carpets were not very clean.

Scroungy.

Two stars is generous. The halls smell like stale marijuana smoke. Carpets are pretty dirty. Bed was comfortable enough but the room was pretty scroungy. No sheers on the windows so had to keep the drapes fully closed all the time. Tub faucet constantly dripped. I wouldn't feel very comfortable if I'd had my kids with me.

I stayed here 12 years ago,the place was immaculate. But my stay recently was a terrible experience. The rooms were outdated,dirty,and I considered it to be very unsafe. I saw goings on that should not have been happening. This hotel should be shutdown,the entire hotel updated,and needs to be a safe place to stay. I am not happy to write a bad review,but it was a horrible experience,the hotel should be safe and clean,which it is not.

I have stayed at multiple hotels during a corporate relocation to the area and this is one of the only that wanted to charge for ESA dogs. They cited ADA compliance even though in the ADA it references Fair Housing Act protections against these charges. Will gladly use other accommodations and filed a complaint with HUD. Corporate policies don’t supersede federal law.

there was mold in my bathroom and a hole in the ceiling o my shower. In the second room there was mold in the room in the corner. my tv remote was broken and kept falling apart, there was hair in my shower.

Beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was weak. Only hot food was waffle maker, and many items were gone or almost gone at only 8am, like milk, fresh fruit, coffee, and waffle mix.
