Unlivable accommodation

I did not fulfill my stay at the accommodation. I drove from DBN as a single mum with 2 X 6 year olds. Arrived at 2:30pm. Room not available. 3:30 room was ready. The unit had an awful smell. No communication from staff. Toilet dirty. It was not livable. The Aircon did not work. Fridge and microwave was smelly. I booked another accommodation for the night in the area. I was declined a refund. I ask you to please consider a refund as I did not use the facilities or unit. The photos on website is not true.

Wonderful weekend!

The effort they made from the first contact was outstanding. The cottage was beautiful, with a beautiful garden. The location was also a winner, close to everything to do in Hartbeespoort Dam.
