We always love coming here!! It’s a little dated but still our favorite place to go. The pool and hot tub are always clean, the amenities are perfect for families and you’re close to everything. Our only complaint would be that the person who checked us in was less than pleasant and a bit difficult. She attempted to tell us that we couldn’t check in because I booked the room and my partner was paying and since the card didn’t match the booking that we couldn’t check in (we were there with our 8 year old child). After a little back and forth we were finally able to check in. With that said, this will still be our go to spot.

The lady at check in needs to learn how to deal with the public. She had an attitude when we arrived and then when we were leaving she was out side smoking. Still not doing here job. I don’t get it. I know it is hard to get good help now days but there still needs to be accountability.

Breakfast was cold and not a big selection very limited. Room was dirty pizza sauce on tv tub was dirty. Half of the arcade doesn't work. The pool area was very nice had a lottle play set for my granddaughter to play on. Morning lady at front desk was very very rude to my son and nephew.

might be a matter of bad timing, but the place was packed with kids between five and 11 years old who worked pretty much unsupervised. They were in and out of the pool running up and down the hallways chasing shows golf clubs until after 10 o’clock at night. The one desk clerk I saw was clearly in over her head. To make matter as worse, the bar was closed. Not a good night.

Toenail clippings on the floor when entering room (not mine). That is part of the filthy conditions in the room. The key cards worked off and on, no toilet paper left in room, and no coffee left in room. When went to front desk and inquired treated as less than a customer and more like it was a bother. One and done for Ramada.
