Wendy, at the front desk, was awesome! She checked me in quickly, was very friendly & sweet! The area around the hotel was beautiful, with close shopping & a great Texas Roadhouse right across the street. Great food & drinks! Definitely recommend this hotel

Overall, a good stay. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional.The room was updated and the bed was pretty comfortable. Breakfast was good on the first day, but I was a little disappointed with the breakfast on the second day. All in all a good value for the price

There were ants all over our bedroom including the beds. There was also a spider in one of the beds. In the bathroom their was water in the floor and pubic hair. The comforters had stains. Will not stay here again.

Good for a one night stay.

This s a good & reliable & clean hotel for an overnight stay one a long trip. Staff was friendly and the included breakfast was sufficient. Location is very convenient to the interstate and to many restaurants. We will use it again.

The hotel looks good from the outside, but the inside needs updating - filthy carpet on baseboards, suitcase carts falling apart, etc. Also, our toilet was not working so, after several calls to the front desk and finally hunting down the night clerk, we were handed a plunger to fix it ourselves. We were told by her, and again by the day clerk, that they do not have a repair person on call at night and that they, the clerks, do not repair toilets.

It was fine and the price was great. However, the full/ double beds would be a deal breaker for us in the future. Just too tight for two people to sleep in. If you are one person per bed, this is a totally fine place to stay. Breakfast was decent and staff was friendly.

Mold on the the bathroom ceiling Carpet was not vacuumed Shower water did not turn completely hot They did not restock any breakfast items. There was one piece of bread, no bagels, no muffins etc. people were looking for food and they didn't have anything. Laughable. Overrated hotel.

Not many places you can go that make you feel at home as soon as you walk in. Wendy and Eriq deserve a huge shout out for their exceptional customer service that you don’t find anywhere in this day and age. Love this place.
