I stayed in a room with hot tub. Great! They should pull out the beds and vaccum. Lots of dust back there. I check the bedding no matter where I stay! That is what I found. Great area pleasnat people. breakfast was great also.

Room was nice and was clean. Bed was a little small and wish they would have king beds. Breakfast was okay. Not a lot to choose from, but was nice to have some options. Staff was nice. Only stayed for one night and would stay again if passing through.

I loved this hotel. The bed was sooooooo comfortable. The room was fairly spacious. The property was clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast was average. Too many carbs for those on low carb diets,but the coffee was fresh. We came to shop at the new Buc-ees and we will be returning to shop again. This hotel will definitely be our first choice when in the area. Highly recommended.

All good, except for smell

The hotel was fine overall, but the lobby had a stronger perfumy smell. The room was typical, but it just did not smell fresh and clean. It smelled like the carpets had gotten damp and not fully dried and aired out. The staff were nice.

Needs some TLC in handcap acc room.

The hotel is in a convenient location. Close to I81. There is a shared pool which was nice. The room we had was 103, a handicapped accessible room. The room was large and so was the bathroom. However, the shower head was clipped to the wall at waist level and the shower head attachment that holds the shower head up for use as a regular shower was broken, and had been for a while as it was rusty. This made the water shoot straight out into the bathroom! We made due the first morning and I fashioned a ziptie to hold it up in place for the second morning. We did inform Julie at the front desk when checking out and she said she would have the maintenance people check into it. The carpet was soaked outside the bathroom door when we checked in and I'm guessing that's why. Otherwise, the room was clean. Bed was soft, and we rolled to the middle. The price was good, but I'm not sure if we will stay there again. We come here one to 2 times per year for events at the fairgrounds which is very close. Breakfast was eggs, sausage patties, cereal, bagels, donuts, oj, pancakes, yogurt, apples. Clean and plentiful.

The hotel was ok and about right for the price. Beds older or cheap so they’re lumpy and pillows the same and flat. Clean, modern, breakfast ok. Staff very nice and pleasant.

We made the reservation for 4 adults and had to get additional towels and pillows (didn't understand that one). We asked for a handicapped room (specifically for the bathroom) and we were given a "modified" handicapped room - no walk in shower but a tub with multiple bars (which prevented my 90 year old mother from being able to use it). In addition, there are only 2 handicapped parking spots which were always taken - when I mentioned it to staff, they stated that there were handicapped spots behind the building. When we parked there, we were unable to use those entrances to get in the building and had to walk all the way to the front of the building - which again defeated the purpose. We stayed here before and it was good. Doubt we'll be back.
