Nice visit with my son, but could’ve been better

Hotel is beautiful, wasn’t a football weekend but it was DEAD. Rome was nice, but mattress was really hard. Convenient since my son lives 2 blocks away. Front desk barely said 2 words to me when I checked in, nothing about services they have available or breakfast options. Could’ve been better.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Ease of checking in and out were exceptional. Parking was free which is not the case in many hotels. My room was well appointed and very clean. The bed was super comfortable. I definitely recommend the Madison Hotel and would stay there again.
