The waterfront pergola and patio add drama. Under the pergola, you’ll find a propane grill and an outdoor dining table with seating for 4. The lakeside fire ring with 4 Adirondack chairs creates another seating area and provide the perfect location to take in a breathtaking sunset over the lake while roasting those marshmallows.
From the private dock, you can soak in Dodge Lake’s natural beauty, watch for waterfowl, including Loons and Bald Eagles, head out for a day on the water, fish, or swim. Dodge Lake is a 24-acre, 50-foot-deep private lake. Dodge Lake is stocked by the DNR. Anglers can expect to find a variety of species, including Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Black Crappie, Bluegill, Panfish, and Yellow Perch. A fishing license is required for ages 16+.
'Still Waters' guests have full access to three kayaks and a small skiff, perfect for leisurely exploring the shoreline or casting a line in the calm morning light. Several life preservers are provided. All children must use life preservers. Any adult not using a life preserver does so at their own risk.
Still Waters Cottage is equipped with 2 security cameras, one covering the front entrance and one covering the back entrance and lakeside.

The private driveway with direct access from the road can easily accommodate 2 cars or 1 car and a boat/ATV trailer.

Within one mile from the cottage is Kern's Grocery (a small, local carryout store), a Dollar General (for those forgotten items), a newly installed neighborhood park, and the neighborhood favorite: Mr Vetoes Pizza and Ice Cream shoppe.
