The hotel was loud and rowdy. Worst night of sleep ever. We called the front desk to complain and let them know we didnt sleep and nothing was done. Our neighbors in the room next door were very loud all night til about 8am. The breakfast was not very good either. Otherwise, the hotel was very clean and comfortable.

We always stay at this hotel when travelling to the harrisburg area. But this time we did not have a pleasant experience. I called the front desk several times because the remote was not working. The first time they replaced the remote but it still did not work, so i called the dront desk again. They told me to come down stairs to get new batteroes and rest the box on the tv. The tv remote still did not work. Then i walked down stairs again and the feont desk attendant was no where to be found so i went back to my room. In the morning i tried to use the coffee maker and it was broken. I called down stairs and a young lady answered the phone who ended up making coffee for me, which was great. Overall, i would not stay here again, although we have had great experience previously. The rooms were motnas clean as before either.

Worth it

I always stay here when I’m passing through. Front desk staff even remembered me when I checked in! Was upgraded to a suite, which was amazing, but it was definitely out of order and given to me because they were near sold out. Lock on a joining room door was broken, floors were extremely sticky, wires sticking out everywhere. It’s a great hotel in a great spot. I just got a bad room this round.

Not a great experience, place was very unclean Spider webs in every corner of the room not to mention actual spiders and other insects roaming around freely. Luckily I was there for one night.

I had an alarm that kept going off and had to switch rooms then was charged and extra 216 dollar for a breakfast package that was included in the booking price.
