Independent - accommodation in Haridwar

Helpful folks- they saw I was with my Father (79) and was struggling to find a place to wait until 2 PM (their check in time)….and helped with an early check in at 11 AM! Staff was very helpful overall, food was ok but the portions were generous. If you are not from India, you’ll not like the food- its all Indian stuff and heavy on oil. Parking was a major bummer. They claimed they had a tie up with a garage, my driver could never find the place and the hotel staff couldn’t share location via maps. We ended up paying for the car parking for two days. Also, the hotel is in a small lane on a small street. Getting there is a nightmare, and once you park, you’d not want to touch the car until your departure. All things considered, it was an ok stay- could have been better had they fixed the parking woes.

I was very disappointed with the quality of services provided by the staff, particularly front office/reception staff. They did not seem to be well trained and professional in their approaches For example, I had to request them to arrange the welcome ritual and welcome drink for us. We had to wait to get the room even after reaching after 2 pm. They could not arrange a rented car in time for our travel to Rishikesh etc. etc. Only nice hotel building does not ensure appreciation from your guests. Please try to provide the quality services to every guest.
