Nette, helle Wohnung in einem sehr schƶn sanierten alten GebƤude. GroƟe Fenster mit Aussicht auf StraƟe und Wald. Gute Anbindung auch an Bregenz, vor allem mit dem Fahrrad. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Modernes, sehr schƶnes Appartement

Wir waren in Bregenz zu den Festspielen. Hier hat man absolute Ruhe, ist fusslƤufig am See und mit dem Taxi ist man schnell in Bregenz. Die Wohnung ist sehr schƶn, hell und modern in einer denkmal geschĆ¼tzten Anlage. Nette Gastgeber, alles gut geklappt. Gerne wieder!

Neues Apartment in schƶner Lage

Wir (Ehepaar mit erwachsenem Sohn) waren die ersten Mieter in diesem sehr geschmackful und in hohem Standard eingerichteten Apartment, das vier SchlafplƤtze bietet, ein Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer und zwei SofaschlafplƤtze in der WohnkĆ¼che. Die KĆ¼che ist top ausgestattet mit Induktionsherd und Backrohr, mehr als ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck, Kapsel-Kaffeeautomat und Toaster. Auch sonst hat die Vermieterin an der Einrichtung nicht gespart. Mobilar, Matratzen, Bettzeug, HandtĆ¼cher ist alles in bester QualitƤt. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock (kein Lift) in einem schƶnen alten Haus. Check-in ist zeitunabhƤngig mittels SchlĆ¼ssel in einer SchlĆ¼sselbox beim Eingang. Die dicken Mauern und die praktischen FensterlƤden halten das Apartment selbst an sehr heiƟen Tagen angenehm kĆ¼hl. Im Keller gibt es einen Raum zum Abstellen von FahrrƤdern und eine WaschkĆ¼che mit Waschmaschine, Trockner und DampfbĆ¼gelstation mit SchlĆ¼ssel exklusiv fĆ¼r die Ferienwohnungen. Das Apartment ist praktisch gelegen, nur ein paar Minuten vom Strandbad in Hard und dem Ortszentrum entfernt. Ganz in der NƤhe ist eine sehr gute BƤckerei, die auch Milch und anderes fĆ¼r das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck verkauft und auch am Sonntag offen hat. Wir mieteten schƶne FahrrƤder in Lindau um EUR 8 pro StĆ¼ck. Die Fahrradvermietung in Bregenz ist um einiges teurer. Das FƤhrboot brachte uns auf einer sehr schƶnen Fahrt von Bregenz nach Lindau in nur 20 Minuten. Hard ist von Bregenz nur 1 Stunde zu FuƟ entfernt. Der Weg fĆ¼hrt Ć¼ber schƶne Wege, tlw. entlang des Sees und schattige Spazierwege. Es gibt auch Busse, die regelmƤƟig verkehren und in der NƤhe eine Haltestelle haben. Es gab zu Beginn des Aufenthaltes ein paar Kleinigkeiten zu bemƤngeln (der Induktionsherd war nicht angeschlossen), die Vermieterin hat sich aber prompt darum gekĆ¼mmert, und binnen kĆ¼rzester Zeit erschien ein Elektriker, der den Anschluss hergestellt hat. Ɯberhaupt ist die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sehr einfach und professionell. Sie antwortet sehr zeitnah und kommuniziert auch per Telefon. Alles in allem hatten wir eine schr schƶne Woche. Wir wĆ¼rden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen.
