It was like having your own apartment complete with equipment and some items for cooking. It was so nice to have the extra space to just relax and not be in a hotel room. The owner has thought of everything to make for a comfortable stay. It’s close to shopping centres and restaurants so easy to get around in the area. We arrived in the area of the property but through no fault of the owner we didn’t follow check in instructions correctly so we weren’t able to pin-point exactly where we were heading - definitely make sure you read the check in instructions so you aren’t walking around in Hanoi heat and humidity. Once we checked in we found a very well maintained property with everything required to enjoy our stay. The property itself was well maintained and in a building that was located in a very convenient area. It was good to be so close to a local shopping centre with a supermarket and other food places.

During my stay, everything was comfortable and hassle-free, and I was fully satisfied with the accommodation. On one occasion, the microwave stopped working, but even though it was a holiday, the host immediately purchased and replaced it with a brand-new one. The responsiveness and level of service were as good as what you would expect from a hotel concierge. Thanks to this level of care, my stay was not only convenient but also very pleasant. The host was very clear and concise with his directions to find the property as well as access was very clear and consistent. 我們訂了6日5夜, 一間兩房的住宿和一間三房的住宿住。 良好的自助式入住體驗, 提供的入住指引非常清楚, 方便在不同時間都能入住。 住宿附近有購物中心, 許多餐廳, 咖啡館，便利商店十分方便。 房間乾淨整潔, 設備齊全有洗衣機和乾衣機十分方便, 讓我們住得非常舒適。 非常友善的房東, 在我們入住的第四天, 房通才知道他錯誤地給予我們兩間三房住宿。雖然他想我們補回兩房與三房的差價, 但他完全沒有勉強我們。因為他知道這是他的錯誤和責任。在最後我們並沒有給予他房間的差價。但他仍然非常友善與我們溝通, 這導致我非常驚訝和開心。這絕佳的一流服務態度導致我這次住宿有非常愉快體驗。 下次來這附近，我一定會選擇住在這裡。

호텔 관리자는 매우 친절하다. 숙소에서 필요로하는 모든 것들을 빠르게 처리해준다. 주변에 식당과 카페도 많고 K마트, GS25 편의점도 많아 여행이 편했습니다.
