Stay away

The apartment looked nothing like the pictures. We reserved a two bedrooms apartment and got a one bedroom. The ad said it was lake facing. In reality it faced an enormous office building on the highway. The only way we got a refund was by complaining to Vrbo. The host refused to reimburse us.
