Tôi đặt phòng tại khách sạn này từ ngày 13-16/11/2016 và thanh toán tất cả trên trang hotels.com. Tối 13/11/2016, lúc 22:00 tôi đến nhận phòng thì lễ tân (săm trổ, nói năng mất lịch sự) bảo là ksan ko nhận được bất kì đky nao va ksan ko liên kết với bất ki trang web nào. Tôi yêu cầu gặp quản lý và nhan được câu trả lời tương tự. Sau đó tôi mất gần 30 phút để gọi điện cho tranh hotels.com và giao dịch bằng tiếng Anh. Giao dịch viên gọi cho ksan này thì lễ tân ko nói đuoc tiếng Anh buộc lòng phải gặp tôi nói chuyện. Cuối cùng hotels.com chỉ hứa suông là sẽ xử lý. Tối đó lúc 24:00 mà tôi phải đi lang thang khu Bắc Từ Liêm để tìm ksan khác. Đề nghị hotels.com loại ngay ksan nay ra khoi danh sach nếu ko muon mất khách và mất uy tín. Hiện nay hotels.com vẫn chưa hoàn trả tiền lại cho tôi!
