Excellent service from check-in to check-out. We booked to Junior Suite which was lovely & super roomy. The balcony was nice & quiet with privacy. The room décor was lovely, and the coffee machine was a nice touch. The staff were very accommodating & nothing was too much trouble. Complimentary mini bar & afternoon tea was a nice surprise during our stay. Thank you Don for helping us find our feet. Hotel location was great & close to everything, we had the world at our fingertips! Room service was ultra quick, thanks guys. Breakfast was plentiful & accommodated for all needs. Nice pool and an absolute stunning g roof top bar area. A special thank you to An (?). After checkout An asked if we required a taxi for our next destination. Lovely property and very comfortable room right in the heart of old quarter. Unfortunately, due to the typhoon, we had to check out at 2:30 am to catch our rescheduled flight so we didn’t get to try breakfast. The room is spacious and well appointed.
