We stayed at the Oriental Jade twice - once in their Emerald room and once in the Gem Suite with Lake view. Both rooms were great and the facilities at the hotel are awesome from the rooftop pool to the amazing breakfast. The Emerald Room was very nice however they aren't kidding when they say there is no view - our window looked at a wall. The Suite was next level however. It was HUGE and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful all the time and it just felt like a real sanctuary in an incredibly busy city.

Excellent customer service! Highly recommend.

We stayed here for 3 nights and I would highly recommend the hotel. The service was top notch and the staff went out of their way to accommodate all our requests. Rooms are clean, breakfast was great. Location was quite central and walking distance to all the places in the old quarters.

Lovely stay in bustling Hanoi

The oriental Jade was a great place to stay. Reasonable rates, great food and service. Jonathan, our concierge arranged a car to the hotel for us as well as late checkout and got us dinner reversions at a very popular restaurant. They provide a list of places they suggest visiting. The location was perfect right next to the lake and the French quarter.
