The hotel is in a wonderful location. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by a pleasant fragrance throughout the space. The front desk team, receptionists, and food service were all excellent—especially Ms. Luyen, the chef, who always took great care of me.The buffet is so amazing! I would definitely return to this hotel if I have the chance to visit Ha Noi again.

I stay at this hotel every time I am in Hanoi!!!! I like everything about this hotel - Everything, but it is the Staff that makes this hotel so wonderful!!!! Location, Clean, Delicious Breakfast and the Staff - from getting out of the taxi on arrival to getting in the taxi on departure - they do everything they can to make you feel welcome and comfortable!!!! Champton Hanoi was a lovely stay. It has a very authentic feel to it. We had the room with city views and I was obsessed with the details of the room. The staff especially Erin were very lovely from the moment we checked in until when we left. They were very patient and kept our bags for the entire day after checking out. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. We grabbed dinner at the hotel in the evening and it was equally delicious. The hotel is located less than 5 minutes walk to the famous Railway Cafe on train street. Upon our departure we received a lovely gift from the hotel - a coffee strainer and a small bag of coffee to remind us of our time in Hanoi once we get back home. Very pleased with the choice we made for our stay in Hanoi.

I originally stayed here because it was 2min walk from the best coffee in Vietnam (Hebeca) but I kept coming back because the staff and the rooms are excellent. Mia was a delight and then iirc Charlotte was extremely helpful as well. When Charlotte organed to have a friends belongings returned to Da Nang it was very much appreciated. The home made yogurt at the breakfast is first class as well.

Fantastic hotel, taken to the next level by the team all teams hard working and guest focused. They take great pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience. I didnt get an opportunity to meet the whole team but Mia, Charlotte, Maili and the Night Manager Choi (i hope that is correct) were top class with and showed a genuine passion for talking care of guests.
