First time I say that this hotel, but I strongly recommend. Excellent location overlooking lake good breakfast excellent rooms. They even have a golf driving range and a pool. The spa service is also excellent

Friendly oasis in Hanoi

Stayed a number of times in recent years. Nice overall improvements to the property. Lots of facilities on site. Very nice restaurant and wide ranging menu selections. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Good location encountered from airport into downtown and most of the attractions. Special note to golfers:excellent driving range facility!

My entire washroom was flooded after taking a shower. I was promised city view and only got a view of the tennis court. My room looked nothing like the photos provided from the property, it felt like a scam.

The property was under construction with no elevator which made it difficult to get access to areas.Water leaking on the bathroom floor out of shower and from toilet. We had to move rooms as the room initially was so bad smelling. Gym, pool and buffet breakfast was very good.

The staff members were excellent, the room was pretty good. No prior notice of ongoing elevator repair, so every morning walking to breakfast service meant walking outside in the rain. Not terrible, but wish there’d been a discount.

We enjoyed our stay... The staff was super nice andv always helpful and smilling! Basically, for me, just 1 small drawback....that was the 5 am neighborhood rooster call every morning. My suggestion is that rooster is on the next evenings menu....haha!

The property is near a lake which was the best thing. It has all the required amenities many advance facilities like game room, golf area and wide area pool near to the lake. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast was fulfilling. The staff were really helpful and kind. If you need a good property near the west lake in Vietnam, this is the place.
