Located in the middle of old Hanoi which is convenient to most everything you want to do and see. Incredibly inexpensive but clean. You eat in the local restaurants and get the local flavor.

Excellent location for this hotel. Easy to go visiting around and having breakfast next to the hotel. Staff is kind and nice. Confortable even if it would need renovation. However it was a nice 4 nights stay.

Fantastic location in the heart of the Old Quarter. Mai and Sam bent over backwards to help us in any way possible including ringing other hotels and cars to facilitate our onward journey. Brilliant service, lovely staff. The property is a little tired but this was more than made up by the superb staff.

Set the correct expectations. A one-star hotel. But we had a beautiful lake view and a great experience. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The elevator was good. It was a winter time stay. They provided a space heater and extra blankets. Very helpful arranging an economical airport taxi. The best location in Hanoi, in my opinion. Many wonderful food and shopping options just outside the hotel door.

Basic and tired

Room had a lake view but curtains had holes and was like a backpackers room,very basic,so moved to a room at the front of the building with small balcony, curtains very light and my wife could not get much sleep and noise. So we had to move hotels

Tricky to rate this property as it had good and bad elements. The hotel itself was a little run down and they did not have hand soap when requested. However, fantastic location and cute balcony with outlook. The aircon was great and the staff were super lovely and helpful. Transfer to airport was convenient and well priced. Bathroom could do with an upgrade but room was spacious. Mixed feeling about the artisan and value for money.

Bor man i rum 703 bor man riktigt bra. Bo bara med utsikt emot sjön. Trevligt spartanskt och snäll personal. Det redde upp en del strul de två sista nätterna så som sagt bo i rum 703 så är det lite rough men perfekt läge och häftigt.

地図の位置が他のホテルになっていて少し違う。 23番地なので実際はもう少し東側で通りの真ん中あたり。 看板が小さく上部にあるのでタクシー運転手が見落として通過した。 西側から来ると看板は木に隠れていて見えず、 通りから中を見ると違うホテルのように見える文字が書いてある。 見つからない時は通りに入って南側の2本目の木の辺りを探す。 洗濯は1kg30000ドンでチェックアウト時に支払い。

コロナ後3年半ぶりに利用しました。以前よりホテル前の通りは賑やかになっていましたが、良い雰囲気です。 残念なのは向かい側にあったホテルレストランが無くなっていたこと。２階テラスから通りを見下ろしながら朝食とるのが楽しみだったのですが…。 清掃や設備はまあ、こんなものと思います。

異音がうるさい

部屋にいる間中、夜中も昼もずーっとコンコン音が鳴っていた。なんの音かは分からないのですが居心地が悪かった。部屋はレイクビューでホアンキエム湖が見える部屋で、あの音さえ無ければもっと良い評価だったのですが‥あと朝早い出発だったので、5時にロビーに降りると夜勤スタッフ？が1人寝ていて、外から鍵がかかっている為出られない状態に‥鍵かけたスタッフは所用で10分程出かけているとの事‥結果20分後に戻って来たので列車の時間に遅れそうだからバイクで送らせました。歩かなくて済んだので結果オーライでしたが、乗り遅れていたと思うとゾッとします。もう泊まることはないと思います。

かなり満足、シャワーだけが残念

このホテルはホアンキエム湖と旧市街からほど近く、セント・ジョセフ教会も徒歩圏で、かといって目の前の通りは狭いので車通りはそれほどでもなく、街歩きが目的だった私達には最適な立地した。 また、バルコニーから階下の喧騒を眺めたいと思っていたものの7階の部屋に通されたのでその願いは叶いませんでしたが、その分開放的な景色でした。部屋の広さは必要にして十分で清潔に保たれています。ただし廊下は狭く薄暗いです。シャワーの水量は浴びられるギリギリしかありませんでした。これは部屋の階数にもよるのかもしれません。 朝食は向かいの建物の2Fにある系列のレストラン（とはいえ利用者＝宿泊客しかいないっぽい）で取れます。こちらにもバルコニー席があり、部屋では叶わなかった階下の喧騒を眺めながら朝食を楽しみました。ブッフェの品数は多くなく味もそれなりてすが、値段を考えたら十分なレベルです。 スタッフは皆フレンドリーで、日本語は挨拶だけですが英語は話せました。特に緑の服を着たボーイさんがとても親切でした。滞在期間中、他の日本人客はいなかったと思います。 今回初めてのハノイで、目的としていた街歩きがとても楽しかったので、シャワーの水量さえ改善してくれればこのホテルでリピートしたいと思っています。
