I had a wonderful experience at Splendid Secret Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, yet peaceful and quiet at night. The rooms were clean, stylish, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the room setup and amenities. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of local and Western options. What really made the difference was the personalized service. The team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.
