Fantastic place to stay in the heart of Han Oi's old quarter. Location could not be better!!! The staff were absolutely amazing and their advice and general assistance could not have been better. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet oasis amongst the chaos that is delightful Han Oi. 👍

Great location walking distance to night market one block away and close to many restaurant's and bars for a drink. Also lake is close by and may shops around that area.

The reception staffs were very helpful specially during checkout. They helped me secure a ride car to airport when Grab and taxis were not available. Breakfast was great. Room staff need more training. Coffee cups were not replace and floor were not cleaned. Overall, with the pricing and location. Location is great. We were very satisfied.

The room was decent, the bed could have been a lot better, and there should be more than two bottles of water available for drinking if you cannot use the tap water. The staff was very courteous, and the hotel is very close to everything you could possibly want to purchase.

Rex hotel is such a gem in the middle of Hanoi old quater. Our room was nice and clean, breakfast buffet provides delicious food and the staff were friendly & courteous. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The Rex is perfectly located in the old quarter of Hanoi. Their staff are incredibly helpful, even allowing us the store our suit cases over night when we went on a 2 day Ha Long Bay cruise. We will definitely choose the Rex for our next visit to Hanoi.
