The breakfast was outstanding. In a country noted for the hotel breakfasts this was one of the best. The room was lovely; immaculately clean with a lovely bathroom. TV and lighting so easy to use. Staff very helpful, warm and went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable.

Lovely hotel, beautiful. We were just abit disappointed that our room type was only available on the 2nd floor meaning no outside view. We would not have booked this hotel had we known this in advance. Sky bar also unavailable due to private functions. Other than that, it was a lovely building with excellent staff.

Amazing stay. Staff went extra mile every time. Room was lovely but the staff are what make it so amazing. Will be hard to beat their customer service anywhere else in Hanoi. We were due to go on a cruise in ha long bay however due to the Typhoon, this was cancelled last minute and the staff were very helpful finding us alternative plans.

Truly a 10 out of 10 five-star hotel experience in the middle of Hanoi. I could not say enough good things about how beautiful the property was, from the entryway off the street to the hotel lobby and the rooftop balcony no expense with spared for this building. Absolutely well worth the cost which I found to be very reasonable.

A peaceful hideaway! As soon as you leave the street and walk down the alley to the Peridot you enter a calm place where service is paramount. Every staff member we encountered was smiling and couldn’t be more helpful. Our room was amazing from the linen to top quality amenities and the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on in Vietnam. If you’re looking to stay in Hanoi and want to experience all of what the city offers, the The Peridot is the perfect place to stay. Its central location is convenient for both food and sightseeing tours, if you want to do your own thing it’s also in easy walking distance to many of the tourist hotspots and delicious street food. The hotel itself is a great place to stay, very comfortable, exceptional staff and a fabulous rooftop bar.
