This was our first hotel in Hanoi and it was our favorite. There is someone that comes to help you with your bags!! The room was cleans and the beds were very comfortable almost like new! The only down fall was that it is 40 min from the city. It is walking distance to the airport, but far from everything else. It says spa but there was no spa available when I went, but there is one next door. It was a little hard to find because it is in an alley. The staff was so helpful, very attentive, they heard my daughter wasn't feeling well and continued to check in on her. ( So sweet). We planned to stay one night when we flew in and relocate to the city center but because my kid was under the weather we extended and it that process was easy and smooth. They have a pool and seating on the roof top, They have a beautiful breakfast spread in the morning and offer lunch and dinner services.

Virkelig lækkert hotel. Tror det var enten helt nyt eller nyistandsat. Vi skulle kun bruge hotellet til ophold en hel dag, da vi tjekkede ud fra vores forrige hotel om morgenen og først skulle flyve 01.30 om natten, så vi sov ikke på hotellet, men brugte dets tagterrasse til at solbade og køle af i deres kæmpe store spa/pool. Og sluttede af med at bade og gøre os klar til en lang hjemrejse. Alt var lækkert! Hotelværelset, badet og sengen. Vil klart bruge det hotel igen, hvis jeg kommer på de kanter.
